It's Sunday night and we've managed to spend our weekend in the backyard. We're finishing up landscaping the backyard--the border around the yard. I can't believe that it's taken us 7 years to get to this point. We've done so much to this little house and we're so close to finishing--finally. We put in two of the four posts for our arbors. Then I can get to the really fun part, which is planting!

Samantha got to spend the night at Gammy and Papa's last night and we got to sleep in until 9. Samantha and Gammy were up with the sun at 6:30. Then she finagled them into taking her to McDonald's. Lucky girl!

Alyssa's busy walking about 10-12 steps at a time. She's gonna be fast by the time Grandma and Papa get here in a week. The poor girl reacted terribly to strawberries and is finally recovered. Alyssa still has a rash around her mouth, but she's finally back to eating normally and then some.
